Refund Policy

Our commitment to customer satisfaction

1. Application Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your loan application, you may do so within 7 days of submission. Any processing fees paid shall be refunded within 15 business days.

2. Loan Withdrawal

If your loan has been approved but not yet disbursed, you may withdraw the application. Any fees paid will be refunded, minus any actual expenses incurred in processing.

3. Processing Fees

Processing fees are non-refundable if the application has been processed or approved, except in cases of application cancellation within the specified period.

4. Prepayment of Loan

You may prepay your loan at any time without penalty. Upon prepayment, any excess interest paid shall be adjusted and refunded as applicable.

5. Refund Disputes

In case of any disputes regarding refunds, please contact our customer service department. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 30 days.

6. Excess Payment Adjustment

Any excess amount paid towards your loan account may be adjusted against future installments or refunded to your registered bank account.

7. Deposit Withdrawal

Fixed and Recurring Deposits can be withdrawn as per the terms agreed at the time of opening the account. Early withdrawal may be subject to interest penalties as per RBI guidelines.

8. Insurance Claims

Insurance-related refunds are subject to insurance policy terms and conditions. Claims will be processed in accordance with insurance company guidelines.

9. Refund Process

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method or registered bank account. Processing typically takes 5-7 business days.

10. Grievance Redressal

For any complaints or grievances regarding refunds, please contact our customer service or file a complaint with the RBI Ombudsman.
